Maurizio Di Robilant
President and Founder

Maurizio di Robilant is the President and Founder of Robilant Associati.
At the company helm since 1984, Maurizio has helped his firm gain solid experience and expertise in defining corporate strategies for development and innovation using a maieutic method. Based on valorizing the unique and distinctive talent that characterizes each company, the method uses the brand as a tool to establish a relationship with the market.
Profoundly convinced of the importance of a company’s role in society, Maurizio is an advocate of the idea that each Italian company has the duty to strengthen the “Italy” brand and to work proactively for the valorization, development and wellbeing of the country.
This commitment has led to the company’s participation in networks such as Renaissance Link (of which he is a founding member), EXPOnenti, Symbola – Fondazione per le qualità Italiane, Alta Gamma and the partnership with Fondazione Cologni per i Mestieri d’Arte, which aim to dignify and emphasize the cultural subsoil and the versatility and talent of Renaissance origin that are behind Italy’s outstanding products.
Maurizio collaborates with several prestigious schools such as Domus Academy, SDA Bocconi, MIB School of Management in Trieste, and The European House Ambrosetti, teaching courses and holding seminars in Brand Management for students and professionals.
Roger Botti
Managing Director – Partner

Roger Botti has been Managing Director of Robilant Associati since 2008.
His job combines managerial skills, creative supervision, and organizational responsibilities.
Previously the Creative Director for Giò Rossi and, afterwards, for Future Brand for nearly eight years, Roger has gained solid experience in Brand and Packaging Design, especially for the Mass Market sector.
Thanks to his versatility and his passion for his profession, he has also created Corporate Identity projects based on a structured approach for prestigious international and Italian clients.
Under his guidance, Robilant Associati has created a valid team that designs brand-oriented retail development projects. To guarantee clients an even more complete and unique service, Roger has been overseeing an experimental project that studies new frontiers using unconventional spaces that lead to innovative forms of interaction between the brand and its public.
A passionate observer of consumers and their behavior, he is a frequent guest speaker at conferences and seminars, presenting sector analyses and consumer trends examined from a brand perspective.
Giuliano Dell’Orto
Creative Director – Partner

The Creative Director since 1990 and a partner since 2002, Giuliano Dell’Orto has always been the creative soul of Robilant Associati.
He is responsible for the quality and creativity of Robilant Associati projects so that they fully reflect the company’s proverbial standards.
During his career, Giuliano has coordinated the development of national and international projects, supervising strategic and creative contents and dealing with a wide range of sectors: from automobile and food industries to the mass market and luxury segments. He has supervised important projects for FIAT, Illy, Bacardi Martini, Tonkita, Cuki, Domopack, Fratelli Carli, Ponti and many others that have won awards and recognition for the company.
Giuliano Dell’Orto is in charge of a team specializing in NPPD (New Positioning Product Development) projects that assist companies in complex Brand Extension activities and helps them coordinate – from the concept to marketing positioning and name – the launch of new products that are in line with the company’s specific talent and are consistent with the brand heritage.
His great expertise in product design has led to the creation of a work group specializing in 3D and industrial design.
Paola Schettino
Brand Strategy Manager – Partner

Paola Schettino is responsible for Robilant Associati’s Brand Strategy area. On her arrival, the agency created a department for brand positioning and brand innovation. Paola initially worked on developing an innovative method for determining brand positioning. Today she divides her time between project planning and management and new business activities.
Paola graduated from Bocconi University with a degree in Political Economy and majored in sociology and consumer behavior. Her thesis, which began with an analysis of the novel “In Search of Lost Time”, revealed the dynamics of social mobility through the use of objects.
Paola started out as an executive consultant in strategic marketing and in business and product innovation.
She worked for a consulting firm in the Bocconi University network where she provided data assessment and analysis for companies in the luxury goods sector and dealt with brand positioning and business innovation issues.
She subsequently joined Ernst & Young Consultants, where she mainly worked for the high-end Mass Consumption sector and specialized in brand development and innovation. In particular, she developed a new method for brand management and for new product concept and development that later inspired a specific publication (“Total Brand Experience” published by Franco Angeli).
Working as a project leader on many projects has allowed Paola to make the most of her technical and managerial skills.
Silvia Pellei
Administrative and Human Resources Director – Partner
Silvia Pellei has worked at Robilant Associati since 1998.
Due to the company’s rapid growth – in less than a decade, it increased from 15 to 70 people (employees and consultants) – and the variety of job profiles involved, Silvia gained much experience in issues concerning HR company policies.
The company’s expansion generated a need to build a solid corporate culture designed to encourage employees to embrace company values, participate in objectives and results, improve skills, and nurture and reward in-house talent.
Silvia is now the head of Robilant Associati’s HR Department. She coordinates and promotes training programs, making sure that the work environment encourages the potential and expression of each employee’s talent, and she is responsible for all activities designed to create a common corporate culture.
Silvia became a partner in 2010.
Andrea Rogora
Client Services Director
Andrea Rogora has been with RobilantAssociati since 1991. After graduating in Economics at Milan’s Bocconi University, he began his career in marketing, working for rapidly expanding enterprises both in the mass market sector, Heinz, and in the high-end luxury sector, SMH Italia, where he also acquired valuable experience in franchising with Swatch Watches. On the strength of his talents and having taken a Master in Corporate Communication, he joined RobilantAssociati, collaborating directly with Maurizio di Robilant. Inspired by Maurizio’s forward-looking vision and Giuliano’s explosive creativity, Andrea mastered the skills of the trade bringing logic, organization, drive and substance to each and every project. From the outset, he has been involved in highly complex global projects that involve sophisticated communications. Today, he promotes new approaches to branding with full awareness of the capacities and opportunities available to the profession when catering to the new dynamics and new requirements of an ever-more demanding consumer. He participates as a speaker at MBA courses at prestigious Milanese Universities and in tuition programmes.
Andrea Bandiera
Design Director – Partner
Andrea Bandiera is a Design Director at Robilant Associati.
His story is an emblematic example of creative talent nurtured at Robilant Associati, making it possible to become a valid professional who skillfully combines the necessary technical expertise required to implement each project and a brilliant ability to come up with strikingly original ideas to promote a product.
After receiving his diploma from Istituto Europeo di Design, Andrea Bandiera began a six-month apprenticeship with Robilant Associati. Today he heads a six-person team specializing in projects for the Tobacco and Spirits market and also for the Mass Market segment.
Andrea has worked on corporate identity projects and specializes in brand and packaging design.
With his team, he explores the languages of advertising, focusing on new forms of expression to promote brands through video.
Andrea also taught a course on Packaging Design at IED in Milan.
Angelo Ferrara
Design Director Corporate Branding

Angelo Ferrara joined the Robilant Associati team as Design Director of the Corporate Branding division in November 2008.
Previously employed by Wolff Olins in London, Angelo became their strategic and artistic director of major branding projects in 1996. He designed international projects for clients such as Italcementi Group, Indesit, Ariston, Edison, Luxottica, Shiseido, Oi, and Beeline and dealt with many different product sectors.
Angelo also worked for LEV/BBDO, where he created events and publishing products for some of Italy’s top design companies. He also coordinated the launch of a kitchen line designed by Pininfarina and Gae Aulenti for Snaidero and the launch of the Fiat Coupè for Fiat Group.
Angelo received many awards during his career: he represented Italy at the “Mediterranean European Design 1994” competition. In 2002, he won the “Best Example of Creativity in Business” award at the prestigious D&AD (Design and Art Direction, UK) competition for Sen-Hutchison Whampoa, a new brand and retail based on traditional Chinese medicine. A promotional tourist documentary about Madeira Island in Portugal, the winner of four “Best Promotional Video Awards”, will be shown in European cinemas soon.
Angelo Ferrara has also collaborated with several Universities and training institutes, teaching Brand and Design courses at the ISCTE Business School in Lisbon and the British Higher School of Art&Design in Moscow.
