Aperol, the Italian aperitif that made the spritz a global phenomenon, refreshed the identity of the entire line based on its long tradition, creating a universal language that could speak to everyone with new authoritativeness.

The Italian aperitif par excellence changed all elements of its image. The bottle became more dynamic and recognizable, thanks to the introduction of new elements which, along with the new logo, highlighted the brand’s date of origin. All details of the label became more refined, highlighting the value of its history by adding the phrase “Italian aperitif since 1919,” and introducing stylistic elements that could be traced to its art nouveau roots.

From the “mother brand,” the work went on to include the extension lines Aperol Spritz and Aperol Soda, which were refreshed and enhanced, while a new, powerful visual language was created that used not only the traditional marks, but also the intrinsically “social” nature of the brand, through phrases in different fonts reiterating the terms dear to the brand and the icons that suggested its consumption.
