The project here presented is the result of a complete design process to redefine JTI Employer/Employee Engagement Program, to bring to life Company’s values, and to engage the simplest yet the most critical success factor in todays scenario: People.

After a series of workshop together with JTI employee, and many months of research with students and consumers,
our design team identified a new mainframe for JTI storytelling: by understanding Company’s purpose,
we defined an original and shareable contents platform, representing JTI’s promise and attitude: to foster fresh ideas and innovation.

As a result, the new visual identity of the Program is vibrant and unexpected, extending the power of the logo
with a set of meaningful and open messages, resonating with young people worldwide and creating new connections. It sets JTI apart from any other recruitment campaigns.
